MINISTERS	St Mary's is served by the clergy of the Newbury Team Ministry under the leadership of the Team Rector, the Revd Will Hunter Smart, together with the Revd Christopher Ardagh-Walter and the Revd Trevor Dorey.  St Mary's is a broad church with a strong lay leadership.
